Personal Factors on the Effectiveness of Quality Management System: Questionnaire
Results
This article presents factors influencing the effectiveness of the quality management
system. On the basis of topical literature, the author has identified five groups
of internal factors-human, supplier, customer, resource, and organizational.
The relationship between these groups of factors as well as conclusions are
presented on the basis of questionnaire-based research conducted among 164 Polish
construction companies, holders of ISO 9001:2000 quality management system certification.
