An Outline of the Method for Building a Company's Total Capital
This paper presents an eight-step model for building total organizational capital. Its essential part is the in-hous structure of human capital and the value growth chain. There are also several examples of measures relating to particular elements of capital as well as implications for the presenting of achieved results in annual report.
